- We guarantee that during your first year of membership, you will receive paid rental bookings from your canada-vacationrentals® listing worth at least 1000% of your annual cost of membership. This guarantee is effective for new memberships starting on or after Oktober 1, 2005.
- If you do not receive 1000% of your membership fee in bookings during the first year of membership, notify the webmaster at info@canada-vacationrentals.com and your membership will be extended for 6 free months AT NO COST TO YOU. This guarantee may be used once only for each membership.
- If you are dissatisfied with your initial canada-vacationrentals® listing for ANY REASON during the first month of service, we will happily cancel your listing and send you a refund:
80% refund guarantee
20% are not refundable membership taxes
- Refunds are only available for your first canada-vacationrentals® listing during the first month of service. Sorry but no refunds are available on your second or subsequent listings. Please take this into account prior to adding additional listings or renewing your listing.
- To request a refund, please send your request to info@canada-vacationrentals.com and include your canada-vacationrentals® listing number and name, and your reason for dissatisfaction.
- If you renew your listing, you do so with the understanding that it will remain online for one full year without refund. For information about selling your property or taking it off the market, please see the DISCLAIMER page.
- Since many renters plan far in advance, it is best to allow listings to run continuously on a year round basis - we do not offer to advertise properties on a 3, 6 or 9 month basis, our listing prices are set based upon the assumption that the listing will run for a full year.
